Before the Program:
John will visit with the meeting planner to assess the exact needs for your group and your upcoming program. He does this by asking you to fill out a "Fact Gathering Questionnaire" which provides him with details about your group as well as asking for the phone numbers of some of the people that will attend the meeting. He then calls them to get first hand knowledge of the challenges they face on a daily basis.
Once this information is gathered, he will build your program from his over 60 hours of material.
After the Program:
Each attendee will be asked to evaluate the program on an evaluation card. It will consist of questions that ask:
- How meaningful and useful were the ideas presented.
- How well John presented the material.
- How would you score today's program.
Any evaluation card that averages less than "7" is considered negative. For every negative card, John deducts a portion of his fee and yes, although it has never happened in over 2,700 presentations, if all the cards are below a "7", your program is free.
